Return Policy
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items should be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Return must include original receipt or order confirmation

- Custom or personalized items
- Undergarments and intimate apparel
- Items with hygiene seals that have been opened
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items damaged by normal wear and tear

Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery.
